We will start with real research data, and create a journey following the new global framework. Then we invite the participant to work in small groups to review the insights and turn them into opportunities and later solutions, so that everyone gets a chance to understand how to use TheyDo as a tool for journey management, try the new functionalities (like AI) and see the connection between business insights and platform solutions.The idea is also to illustrate that depending on your role, you will own/contribute to different steps, but still have visibility on what is happening with the journey. Finally we invite everyone to discuss how we can align our workflow across organisational silos towards the same strategic goal.
